Kathy M. Wampler is the firm's lead litigation paralegal. Ms. Wampler has been with Worden Williams since 1989 and has more than 25 years of wide ranging litigation experience. Prior to joining the firm she was the office manager for a successful San Diego firm where she honed her managerial and interpersonal skills by supervising personnel and managing the firm.

Ms. Wampler is the firm's civil discovery expert. She handles all aspects of discovery, witness preparation, document review, deposition summarization, subpoena handling, file organization, and evidence handling. Ms. Wampler has worked on a wide variety of civil cases, ranging from million dollar, multi-party construction defect litigation, to employment discrimination, defense of government clients against claims and suits, business litigation and a variety of personal injury and property damage matters.

Ms. Wampler is active in the American Cancer Society and the San Diego Paralegal Association.
